The participants subsequently discussed on the date of the 4th Working-Level meeting, and all participants reached an agreement that the date of the next Working-Level meeting would be decided later considering the exact date of 18th CC meeting and the need to secure enough time for reviewing the preliminary result of the joint projects. After that, KIEP and CAIT briefed about the Terms of References of the two joint projects respectively, and the participants agreed on finalizing the Terms of References prepared by the two institutions. Finally, KIEP introduced the budget allocation plan of its project, and the participants agreed with the allocation of project budget suggested by KIEP.
