The Northeast Asia (NEA) region, which includes China, republic of Korea, DPRK,Mongolia, Japan and Russia, represents today one of the most dynamic developing regions in the world; at the same time it  is characterized by the high distinctions in economic and political development of different countries. The Northeast Asian countries are close interconnected by trade, infrastructure and resource factors.
